Cult Epics is a bold film distributor founded in Amsterdam in 1991 that launched with infamous titles like The Exotic Dances of Bettie Page and Cannibal Holocaust. After moving to the US, founder Nico B amped up their focus on controversial horror, erotica, and art-house films, landing releases at venues from the American Cinematheque to Harvard.
Founder Nico B directed the 1998 underground horror film Pig starring Rozz Williams, with a premiere in LA and a festival run abroad. He followed it up with 1334 and the biopic Bettie Page: Dark Angel. Now based in Los Angeles, Cult Epics continues to thrill hardcore fans with releases both sought-after and unknown.
